We charge no service fees and our currency exchange rates are posted in our website. You have complete transparency and certainty throughout the process.

The exchange rate you get from your bank may include a substantial markup when you actually transact and convert currency.

Can I exchange a high amount of currency at your store?

For any amount more than $5,000, we advise you to contact us before to make sure that we have the available funds of your requested currency. In case, we didn't have that amount, you can order to receive it later.

Can I exchange any currency at your store?

For currencies other than popular currencies, we advise you to contact us before to make sure that we have the available funds of your requested currency. In case, we didn't have the sufficient amount of your requested currency, you can order to receive it later.

How can I feel sure that Ultimate Currency Exchange beats my bank rates?

Call your bank or check its website! In fact, we urge you to do so before calling us. Doing so will allow you to see your savings.

Is there a minimum amount that I can exchange?

No, there is no minimum amount that you can exchange if you pay in cash.

Will I receive a hard copy confirmation of the transaction?

Yes, we have to provide you a copy confirmation of the transaction with details of the received and submitted funds and the exchange rate.

How much do you charge per transaction?

Zero Dollar. We do not charge any commission fee. Exchange one dollar or $10,000, in any case still we would provide the same best service and asking no commission fee.

What is Eurozone?
